To book a return trip

I tried to book 2 tickets on line at www.KLM.ca was not able to get any info this is from Vancouver-to Billund Denmark and return not able to find where it asked for dates and times

Bad experience

We were robbed flying with KLM!
Luggage was lost and not found for 3 months! After three months, went to get the luggage personally and everything that was worth something was stolen!!!
Wrote to KLM CUSTOMER CARE and no response!

Terrible experience and even more terrible service.

Reported the theft to the police and still no word from KLMthey rejected emails we sent to customer care e mail address! Furious at KLM service!

KLM lied to us, attempting to deny us boarding until we bought an additional flight through their airline before admitting at the last minute that we could buy through any airline, causing great stress! Their 'customer service' has been a month of being sent the same copied and pasted emails and not being able to reply! Appalling beyond words will literally never fly with them again!

My clerk hung up on me! She was polite but did not know how to listen and kept interrupting me. She was not a problem solver. I admit I was agitated after spending 15 minutes with her on the phone with no progress but I was not abusive. She was just ill suited for her job and when I was obviously distressed she simply hung up!
